Refund Policy
(1) Application fee, Admission fee, Orientation fee, Online Services Fee and Student Activity Fee are non refundable.
(2) Transportation fees can only be refunded within two weeks from the commencement of the specific semester if the student has not availed the service.
(3) In case of cancellation of registration, postponement or withdrawal from the University the following scheme of refund will be applied:

| Within 31 to 45 days from the commencement of semester classes | 50% | |
| After 45 days from the commencement of semester classes | 0% | |

(4) Refunds are normally made within two to four weeks ,from the date of submission of application to Accounts, by cash or cheque .
(5) Sponsored Students refunds will be made directly to the sponsor .
(6) In case of any dispute regarding students’ payments, the University reserves the right to take appropriate action on merits of the case.
