DIRECTOR MBA/GRADUATE PROGRAMS: (Ref.#AGU/12-13/MBA)
| Summary | • The successful candidate will be recruited at the level of Associate or Full Professor. The candidate will be expected to manage the all graduate programs of the college including the MBA program and shall report to the Dean of the College of Business studies. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate level courses in the areas of Management and related fields. The candidate is expected to take a strong leadership role in the development of the degree programs and initiate research in the areas. |
| Qualification | • PhD in Business Administration or related area. |
| Experience | • Ability to plan, organize and manage all graduate programs of the College of Business Studies. |
| Skills Required | • Substantial experience in teaching and an active research portfolio. |
