SENIOR STUDENT RECRUITER AND ADMISSION OFFICER : (Ref.#AGU/12-13/SAO)
Summary | • The Senior Student Recruiter and Admission Officer is responsible for recruiting undergraduate students so as to support institutional enrollment goals. He/she also will be responsible for recruitment and admission outreach activities such as attending recruitment events; job fairs, and enhancing networking opportunities as directed by the University´s strategic recruitment plan in order to engage prospective students and cultivate relationships leading to enrollment of new students at the University. |
Key Responsibilities | • Identify and recruit students in accordance with enrollment targets. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students and families to develop confidence in choosing programs to positively influence enrollment. • Evaluate student applications for admission and institutional scholarships. • Participate in classroom visitation and other special school events to explain program to potential students. • Assists in the planning and coordination of on-campus recruitment events. • Attend to all sorts of inquiry via, Telephone, Email, and Fax. • Handle all Walking Inquiry about the admission to the University. • Do the counseling process to the new students. • Assist students in meeting admission, financial aid and scholarship deadlines • Issuing the Admission offer letter. • TOEFL Exam Result Entry into the System. • Registration of the newly admitted students to the English levels (1, 2, 3, 4). • Handover of newly admitted students files to the Registration department. • Assemble data of students and maintain periodic reports. • Co-ordinate all works pertaining to the visa formalities for expatriate students and their enrollment without difficulties. • Revise and supervise all the entered data in the system and ensure that it is correct, and then forward the students file electronically to the Registration department. • Assemble data of students enquired and ensure registration and follow up at regular intervals. • Perform other duties as assigned. |
Qualification | • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Field. |
Experience | • 3-4 years of related work experience with recruiting high school students to a not-for-profit educational institution. |
Skills Required | • Good verbal and written skills in English and Arabic • Customer service skills • Planning and organizing skills • Multi-task oriented • Good Team Player • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques • Knowledge of human relations and personnel practices |
