Summary• Registrar is one of the key functionary in the senior management of the university responsible for the implementation of academic policies and standards. Also accountable for completeness and accuracy of students records. Supports all academic units with students academic data for course offerings and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities• Accountable to implement all academic policies and standards of the university.
• Accountable for completeness and accuracy of student´s records.
• Prepare statistical reports required for all the academic units as well as required to top management of the university and Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
• Work in close co-ordination with academic units to prepare course offerings and schedules including examination every semester.
• Plan and conduct convocation.
• Arrange to generate grade sheets, transcripts and degree certificates of the students.
• Assign, supervise and monitor work among registration staff for effective functioning and support to students and faculty of the university.
• Prepare documents on registration process of the university and publish the same .
Qualification• Degree from any accredited university.
Experience• 10 years of experience in the related area.
Skills Required• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of American Model Education including admission and registration policies of the university.
• Computer literate with ability to use utilities like MS office, SPSS, etc.
• Able to work in diverse cultural backgrounds
• Able to operate student information and management systems
