The Interior Design Department at Al Ghurair University seeks through its programs to instill passion, intelligence and skills within each of its students by adhering to a design philosophy in which we ask our students and ourselves never to settle, but to evolve and question. Our students discover what is special about their talent, and then we prepare them to go out into the world. Here in the Interior Design Department we take pride in providing young aspiring interior designers with quality education at a reasonable price in a safe environment and preparing our students to become future leaders in their profession. AGU is centrally located and easily accessible at the Dubai Academic City. 100% of the classes are taught by full-time faculty outstanding in their chosen discipline, and they are actively engaged in professional endeavors. They are teachers, but they also inspire, advice, and support our students as they develop their creative vision. Our faculty members are passionate, and their passion is contagious, pushing students to think critically and never be confined to only one aesthetic or point of view.
The mission of Interior Design is to provide students with the academic preparation for professional practice in both commercial and residential interior design. You will soon be comfortable in a learning environment that encourages interaction between students and faculty. The Interior Design program has been recognized and accredited by Minster of Higher Education. When it is time to take that all important step of applying what you have learned in the classroom to your job, you will discover that our internship programs are greatly valuable.
